For the third installment of the "Crooks Collection" series, Boston emcee Sean Hines has decided to release "Rise To The Top". The backdrop for this street anthem was created by up and coming producer Maggbeatz. The autobiographical album/soundtrack, "The Sean Hines Story" is expected to be released shortly.
